So, London-based tech company, Nothing, is all set to unveil its highly Awaited smartphone. The Nothing Phone (2), following the success of its successor, the Phone (1). The Phone (2) is scheduled to hit the Indian market in July. And, it brings with it a powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. What’s more, Nothing has prioritized sustainability with this device. As they have confirmed that the Phone (2) will incorporate three times more recycled or bio-based parts compared to the Phone (1).

In a move that caters to the specific needs of Indian consumers, Nothing has revealed that the Phone (2) will be manufactured in India itself. Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager of Nothing India, expressed the company’s dedication to meeting local preferences. He stated, “Nothing smartphones are well-known for their unique transparent design. These designs require advanced manufacturing techniques and precise engineering, which have contributed to the growth of smartphone manufacturing capabilities in India. By manufacturing the Phone (2) in India, we are reinforcing our commitment to the local market.”

Let’s take a look at the expected specifications of the Nothing Phone (2). The device will be powered by the advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, ensuring high performance. Excitingly, leaked information from its Geekbench listing suggests that the Phone (2) will come pre-installed with the latest Android 13-based operating system. It will also offer a variant with a generous 12GB of RAM, enabling users to effortlessly multitask.
