So, OnePlus is releasing the Nord Buds 2R, a cheaper version of the Oneplus Nord Buds 2, on July 5th. The new earbuds are expected to be priced below Rs. 2000, without active noise cancellation (ANC), unlike the Nord Buds priced at Rs. 3000.
The Nord Buds 2R have a similar in-ear design and come in blue and black colors with a matte finish. OnePlus will reveal more information about the earbuds’ drivers, noise cancellation (ENC?), battery life, and connectivity on June 27th, 29th, July 1st, and 3rd, respectively.
Just a reminder, the Nord Buds 2 have 12.4mm titanium dynamic drivers with a BassWave Enhancement algorithm. They are also IP55 rated for water and sweat resistance. Also, the earbuds offer three pairs of silicone earplugs in different sizes and provide up to 36 hours of total playback on a single charge, with up to 7 hours of standalone playback.
So, after the launch, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2R will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, Flipkart, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Experience Stores, and select partner stores. There is also speculation that the Nord 3 might be launched alongside the new earbuds, and more details will be announced soon.
